I was never one to beat
around the bush, and I don’t intend to start now. This book is going to
help you lose weight - plain and simple. I assume you are like me, and eat at

You won't find high calorie items in this guide except for an occasional item shown for comparison only, in each category. The guide is broken down into categories that were generated by the Restaurants themselves. Most restaurants have categories such as "Breakfast" Burgers, Chicken, Fries and Deserts etc. Others have different categories which we faithfully include. Deserts included in this easy guide are for items of 300 calories or less. You will be amazed at how many deserts are 300 calories or less. That means that you can both satisfy your sweet tooth and not blow your diet. Furthermore I didn't include drinks because you should be drinking water or diet drinks if you want success and they generally don't contain any calories at all. I have written a little introduction for each restaurant to get you familiar with that restaurant and its idiosyncrasies. I draw on my own experience as I have lost 75 pounds over a four month period eating strictly fast food. That is an average of about half a pounds per day. I have never felt better or had more energy in my life. I have also included some weight and calorie charts at the back of my guide to help you make an informed decision on your personal calorie intake.
